Kittitas County Osteopathic Physician License Restricted for Allegedly Signing Vaccine Waiver Waivers Without Medical Rationale

OLYMPIA – State health authorities have restricted the license of Kittitas County Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon Anna Elperin (OP.60576478) pending further legal action.

Elperin reportedly signed COVID-19 vaccine exemption waivers for patients without tracing or specifying a medical condition to justify the exemption.

Elperin cannot issue a COVID-19 vaccine exemption waiver until the charges are resolved. She has 20 days to request a hearing to challenge the charges.
